WORK WITH US

Since the beginning of Vocational Impact, we have always recruited volunteers that have either interned with us here in the UK, or have participated on one of our programmes. We want to invest in you, and offer graduate jobs and career development opportunities. 

Whether you are looking to switch careers, or you are a student looking for your first job, we have worked with multi-generational teams, ranging from 18 – 65, from all over the world. We are alway eager to hear from you if you think you can bring something to our team.

SOUTH AFRICA – COUNTRY ASSISTANT / MANAGER

You will have completed a Vocational Impact programme, and know how our programmes operate in South Africa. You will be required to attend university events, and talk about your experience and help new enquiries answer any questions and help them on their volunteer journey. There will be elements of development, sales, and compliance involved. Full training will be given. 

INDIA – COUNTRY ASSISTANT / MANAGER

You will have completed a Vocational Impact programme, and know how our programmes operate in India. You will be required to attend university events, and talk about your experience and help new enquiries answer any questions and help them on their volunteer journey. There will be elements of development, sales, and compliance involved. Full training will be given.

GHANA – COUNTRY ASSISTANT / MANAGER

You will have completed a Vocational Impact programme, and know how our programmes operate in Ghana. You will be required to attend university events, and talk about your experience and help new enquiries answer any questions and help them on their volunteer journey. There will be elements of development, sales, and compliance involved. Full training will be given. 

UK – DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT / MANAGER

You will have completed a Vocational Impact programme in any of the locations, and will show a passion and drive to support the Vocational Impact mission to improve the lives of people living in adversity. You will have good communication and time management skills, and be willing to work in a fast paced and charity environment. Good technology skills and organisational skills are essential. Full training will be given.
